Open offered training sessions to staff members on topics like how to help persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities protect their privacy online, or how technology can support them in their daily life. Open also conducted projects to evaluate their services and facilitated the involvement of users with intellectual and developmental disabilities in these projects.
